On today's episode, Jason does a deep dive into potential landing spots for San Francisco 49ers quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo. It was reported on Tuesday afternoon that the 49ers have officially granted Jimmy G the opportunity to seek out potential trades. Unfortunately for the Niners signal caller, almost every single NFL team currently has their starting quarterback in place; What this means then is that Jimmy G will end up replacing a guy who as of now we believe is entrenched as the starter. The Arizona Cardinals are currently at a contract stalemate with Kyler Murray - could Jimmy G be brought in as Kyler insurance? The Miami Dolphins' addition of Tyreek Hill would suggest that this team his ready to win right now - are we sure that Tua Tagovailoa is the man for the job? The Detroit Lions and New York Giants have to be looking to upgrade from Jared Goff and Daniel Jones, don't they? While Garoppolo is unlikely to blow you away with his stats, the fact remains that he's been a winning quarterback throughout his NFL career. If you're an NFL franchise looking to get into the playoffs, or better yet a playoff team that's looking to make a run at the Super Bowl, why wouldn't you make a run at Jimmy G?
