All over the world, girls face challenges—and outcomes—far worse than boys—a fact borne out by research on different continents and in different societies. But Dale Bourke says that the challenges facing girls shouldn’t overwhelm us; they should inspire us.
Bourke is an award-winning writer and editor who has served as president of the CIDRZ Foundation and SVP at World Relief, publisher of Religion News Service, and has been a syndicated columnist. She has traveled extensively and written about the issues people across the world face for a variety of national and international publications. Her forthcoming book, “Strong Girls, Strong World” will be released on October 23, 2023.
