Zhipu Soars, Samsung Gains, Petrochina Slips

Today's biggest winners and losers in the stock market.

- Zhipu shares rise as much as 19% in Hong Kong after the AI model maker completed construction of a data center using only Chinese-made chips. Local semiconductor stocks also climbed.
- Asian stocks rose for the first time in four days as investors returned to chipmakers, driving a rebound in the sector after the recent selloff. Samsung shares rose as much as 4.7%.
- Oil stocks are reacting much sharper on the downside of oil than the upside, as diplomatic efforts to ease tensions in the Middle East continued. Petrochina shares fell as much as 4.2%.
