- Sweetgreen (SG) cut its annual outlook after warning that diners are eating less fresh prepared foods following the cyclospora outbreak. The company now expects comparable sales to plummet as much as 8% this year, due to reduced consumer demand for fresh prepared foods. Sweetgreen shares fell more than 15% in postmarket trading in New York, after the company reported a decline in sales at established locations

- Figma (FIG) Chief Executive Officer Dylan Field forfeited about $46 million in company stock awards to revive investor confidence in the face of AI disruption fears. The forfeiture was voluntary and no replacement awards were issued, with Field set to receive about 2.4 million shares of Class B stock on July 1. Figma's stock price has declined about 77% from its high of $122 just after Figma's initial public offering more than a year ago

- Hertz (HTZ) shares jump as much as 40% Thursday. The stock is on pace for its biggest single-day rally since November
