-Robinhood (HOOD) shares rise. Cantor Fitzgerald raised its price target on the exchange to $110 from $100 as it sees upside from prediction markets. Analyst Ramsey El-Assal notes that Kalshi captures the underlying exchange economics of Robinhood’s prediction markets volumes, but sees Robinhood’s recent Rothera prediction market joint venture capturing the majority of these economics over time.
-Super Micro (SMCI) shares fall. The company said it plans $7 billion in equity and equity-linked financing transactions to fund component purchases to satisfy around $39 billion in AI server orders it has received from customers.
-Oracle (ORCL) shares gain. Oracle Corp. is scheduled to report quarterly results Wednesday with Wall Street watching to see how quickly the company can get massive AI data center projects built so it can convert cloud bookings into revenue.
