Today's biggest winners and losers in the stock market.

On this episode of Stock Movers:

- Nvidia (NVDA) the chipmaker at the heart of the artificial intelligence boom, projected sales growth of 70% for the next fiscal year, sending its shares on their biggest one-day rally since April 2025. Nvidia shares rose 8.7% to $227.98 in New York on Thursday, adding about $442 billion in market value. That left the stock up 22% for 2026. The upbeat outlook offered relief to investors concerned about a bubble in the AI economy. Nvidia, the world’s most valuable company, is the leading provider of AI accelerators, a key component for training and running artificial intelligence models. That status has turned its quarterly earnings into a barometer on the state of the wider industry.

- Autodesk (ADSK) saw its shares fall in postmarket trading it released earnings that disappointed investors.

- Workday (WDAY) a maker of workplace management software, reported a measure of future sales that fell short of analysts’ projections, blunting recent momentum from Wall Street’s renewed enthusiasm for the software sector. The shares dipped about 6% in extended trading after closing at $193.57. The stock had gained 31% over the last month, though it remained down about 10% for the year.
