The tie-up will create customized silicon to support Amazon Web Services artificial intelligence infrastructure, with the two working on chips that run AI services and others that connect computer components.

- Roivant (ROIV) shares climb. The drugmaker said a mid-stage study of its inhaled drug, mosliciguat, met its primary endpoint in the treatment for a lung disease.
