On this episode of Stock Movers:

- JetBlue (JBLU) shares are mixed. JetBlue Airways Corp. won approval from the US Federal Aviation Administration to take over Spirit Airlines’ takeoff and landing slots at New York’s LaGuardia Airport. The regulator granted the transfer on the condition that JetBlue cannot lease or trade any of the 22 slots to another carrier until after April 2028, according to a notice released Tuesday.

- Arlo Technologies (ARLO) shares drop. Shares of makers of smart doorbells, locks and thermostats are falling as Apple is said to be getting into smart home devices developed through an unusual partnership with LG Electronics.

- Penguin Solutions (PENG) shares rise. The company reported EPS and sales above estimates. Trading volume was 34 times the average for this time of day.
