Today's biggest winners and losers in the stock market.

On this episode of Stock Movers:

  • Generac (GNRC) shares rally as much as 32% on Thursday — the most intraday since 2012 — after the firm agreed to supply up to $8 billion worth of generators for Amazon’s data centers and issued a warrant for a stake in the company. The arrangement is the latest example of a tech giant striking a warrant-linked deal with a power equipment supplier to keep up with artificial intelligence-driven electricity demand. Oracle took a similar stake in fuel-cell maker Bloom Energy in April 2026.
  •  CoreWeave (CRWV) shares are down after the cloud-computing provider kicked off a fresh round of fundraising that includes a $3 billion convertible bond issue. It also agreed to an at-the-market offering program that allows it to sell as many as 35 million shares.
  • Securitize (SECZ) - a digital-securities platform that went public in early July through a blank-check merger — rose as much as 24% Thursday in New York after the SEC gave the green light for digital versions of stocks to start trading in the US. The plan could reshape traditional market structure after cryptocurrency legislation failed a key Senate vote earlier this week.
