- Cracker Barrel (CBRL) shares are up 9.3% in extended trading after the restaurant chain said it now expects to exceed its adjusted Ebitda outlook, and achieve or exceed the high end of its revenue range for fiscal 2026 following two completed strategic transactions.
- AMC Entertainment (AMC) shares surged after the company posted strong second-quarter earnings, with adjusted earnings of 14 cents per share, well above Wall Street's expectations. Revenue grew 14% to $1.59 billion, beating analyst consensus, and adjusted quarterly earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization increased 70% to $321.4 million.
- Sweetgreen (SG) shares fall as much as 9.2% on Monday, resuming a slide that saw the stock down 15% last week over concern that an outbreak of a diarrhea-causing parasite linked to fresh produce will cause US consumers will avoid the salad chain. SG shares fell 26% in a four-day period starting last Monday before rising 14% on Friday
