On this episode of Stock Movers:

- Bending Spoons (BSP) shares surged as much as 55% after Berkshire Hathaway Inc. agreed to invest an additional $330 million in the Italian technology conglomerate. The investment brings Berkshire’s stake in Bending Spoons to 4% just three months after it backed the company’s initial public offering.

- Bank of America (BAC) shares drop. The bank reported trading revenue excluding DVA for the third quarter that missed the average analyst estimate. FICC trading revenue excluding DVA also missed expectations. The stock had been down around 1% ahead of results, after US regulators fined the lender more than $1.21 billion for money laundering and sanctions violations.

- Liquidia (LQDA) shares soar after reaching a global settlement resolving all pending litigation with United Therapeutics, agreeing to pay net $380.7 million in multiple installments in 2026 and 2027. BTIG upgrades Liquidia’s stock following the news while viewing the settlement outcome as better than a best-case scenario.
