Hayden Richardson Director of Country First in Washington D.C. and former Northwestern cheerleader who faced sexual harassment was told by the administration that it is all part of the job.  Northwestern deemed this acceptable because it was happening to cheerleaders and was requested to provide evidence before anything was done, and after doing so they continue to allow these types of acts take place.
