One in eight women will be diagnosed with Breast cancer
Screening recommendations remain the same for American Cancer Society ages 40-44 by choice, ages 45-54- annual mammogram  ages 55 -75  every other year
Breast Cancer survival increases as it is identified earlier
Treatment is less invasive and toxic for cases identified earlier
50% of women have breast tissue that is considered dense, making it more difficult to identify breast cancer
