Hour 1 - A federal judge has dismissed a lawsuit filed by Wanda Givens, Chester Pinkston and Jose Salcido.  The former Deputy Chiefs sued the City of Wichita, City Manager Robert Layton, and others saying they created an environment of racism, sexism, harassment, and corruption and that they suffered retaliation when they spoke out.
