Hour 3 - It started in Ellsworth County, when the KHP attempted to stop the motorcyclist on K-14 for driving 20 miles per hour over the speed limit. The driver was eventually apprehended around 4 p.m. at mile marker 87, west of Grainfield in Gove County, after completely traversing Russell, Ellis, and Trego Counties along the way.
