I was young when I knew who important purpose was. I sat around people who would say: “I remember when I was young and I used to play sports/dance/sing” and their eyes would light up. They’d walk around angry, frustrated and bitter all the time, but when they talked about this thing, something came alive in them, and I thought you myself: I never want to live life without that thing. 
I’m probably not going to stumble accidentally into living in purpose, I may stumble into discovering what’s included in my purpose or reveals a part of your purpose and think “Oh my god, I love this!” But, living in your purpose is about daily habits, daily mindsets, daily interactions, it’s about the small things.
Sometimes you see clients really want to change/transition, but what happens is they leave something (addiction/bad habits) but don’t go towards new habits/life/meaning. That’s always going to leave you empty.
