It took me many years to realise that that voice doesn’t want you to listen to it, it wants you to overcome it.
We’re just here for a little while on this Earth to do the best with the souls that we were given. We have one job here: To experience gratitude. This world was made for our enjoyment, we’re here to enjoy all these blessings as much as we possibly can, but we’ve come so far out of the garden that we’ve forgotten what we’re here for.
There’s an emptiness in all of us and the more we feel that emptiness, the more we try to fill it with external things but it just makes the hole get deeper and deeper. It’s not a physical hole it’s a spiritual hole that needs to be filled up with gratitude.
