We ask Banner how he felt last week when he heard Tomlin say he was going to get the first crack at the starting right tackle job and he says it was a "great opportunity" but he's still focusing on the bigger picture and grinding every day to keep getting better.  We ask Zach what it was like this offseason watching the team sign Stefen Wisniewski and drafting Kevin Dotson but he tells us his conversation at the end of the year with Mike Tomlin left him confident that if he put in the work this year that he did the year before, he'd be in a great spot to try and earn a starting job,  Zach adds that he's going to be in the best shape of his life this season.
