He gave his thoughts on Matt Canada and how he works for this team. Ryan got into what he has thought of Mitch Trubisky and his performance so far and what kind of spot he is in, in front of a rookie QB. He doesn’t think making the jump to Kenny Pickett is the right move for right now. Poni asked Ryan about players speaking out in the Steelers locker room and he said it’s just a different time than when he was a player – he said it’s not exactly the era of accountability. Ryan talked about how George Pickens can get going in what has been a slow start to his career. Ryan said the Steelers have the chance to make Najee Harris and Jaylen Warren into a great one-two punch because they are a great change of pace to each other.
