Steelers insider Mark Kaboly from The Athletic joined the show. Mark said Joey Porter Jr. is still a strong possibility at 17th overall, especially if there are no top offensive tackles on the board. Even though the Steelers have already signed multiple Andy Weidl guys, Mark expects the draft to still come down to a decision made by Mike Tomlin, Omar Khan and Art Rooney II. Mark talked about why he sees the potential growth in Kenny Pickett and that the Steelers should give him the full array of the playbook. What is the backup plan for Terrell Edmunds? Mark said it’s Damontae Kazee and they will likely bring in another player. Mark talked about the chance of Bud Dupree coming back as a third edge rusher behind TJ Watt and Alex Highsmith.
