The farmers of Pyengana in North Eastern Tasmania have been handcrafting traditional cloth matured farmhouse cheddar for over 130 years. 

We meet Donna Coulson, production and Café manager at Pyengana Dairy to chat about these amazing heritage vats and some equally amazing self-milking cows.
