Former Crusaders coach Todd Blackadder is in charge of Toshiba Brave Lupus Tokyo these days, and he's led them to their second straight Japan Rugby League One championship!

The festival covers a wide range of different mountain biking disciplines, and it is set to bring 700 competitors and 10,000 supporters.

It's a quick turnaround for the Black Caps following the T20 World Cup as they are set to begin a five match T20 series against South Africa, which gets underway on Sunday. 

There have been significant team changes with 8 players from the side beaten in the final rested and the potential for three debuts.

Zak Foulkes was named in the side for the series and he joined D'Arcy to discuss.

It was reported that tempers flared at a training session today and that Crusaders players Kershawl Sykes-Martin and Will Tucker got into a brawl.

Rob Penney is the head coach of the Crusaders, and he joined D'Arcy to refute the claims of punches and set the record straight.
