New Zealand Rugby have announced another appointment heading into the World Cup next year.
Don Tricker will be returning to the organisation after eight years to become the new High Performance Director overseeing both the All Blacks and the Black Ferns.
He will begin the role in a full time capacity in November as he sees out his contract with the San Diego Padres in Major League Baseball.
