The All Whites got their FIFA World Cup preparations underway this afternoon with their first warm up match against Haiti - and it's safe to say it didn't exactly go to plan.

They suffered a 4-0 loss, their biggest in 9 years against the side who are 83rd ranked - the closest ranked side to themselves.

We're one sleep away from the finals series of Super Rugby kicking off with the first match set for tomorrow night. The Brumbies are crossing the ditch to take on the Hurricanes at Hnry Stadium.

The Brumbies have been a bogie team for the Canes in playoff matches having lost the last three Quarter Finals they have played them in. However, the Hurricanes are on fire this year and it will be a massive challenge for the team from Canberra.

Stephen Larkham is the head coach of the Brumbies, he joined D'Arcy to discuss.
