Black Cap Nathan Smith is ready to return to competitive cricket.

The all-rounder took an abdominal injury in Zimbabwe a couple of months ago, but he has recovered and will be back in the squad for the ODI series against England.

Nathan spoke to Jason Pine on Sportstalk.

Despite everything that has been coming out and the comments being made around Scott Robertson parting ways with the All Blacks, we are yet to hear from the players association and get some insight into what the processes were for the players throughout the review process. 

Rob Nichol is the CEO of the New Zealand Rugby Players Association and he joined D'Arcy to share his thoughts on what happened.

After the shock news dropped last week that Scott Robertson would be leaving his role as the head coach of the All Blacks, questions were asked around who would step up and replace him.

The most obvious choice for many was Jamie Joseph.

Joseph has spent time coaching in New Zealand with the Highlanders, leading them to their first and only title in 2015 as well as coaching the Japan national side between 2016-2023.

He is currently the head coach of the Highlanders and coached the All Black XV in their end of year tour last year.

Lima Sopoaga is a former All Black and Highlanders player who was coached by Joseph, and he joined D'Arcy to discuss.
