Netball NZ board chair Matt Whineray and three more board members Pavan Vyas Stephen Cottrell and Aliesha Staples have decided to stand down from their roles.

This follows a tumultuous 2025 where netball was rocked with several issues including the broadcast deal for the ANZ Premiership and the standing down of Silver Fern head coach Dame Noeline Taurua.

Since it has been their home, they have won eight titles in 15 years, but they're set to move into the brand new One NZ Stadium that kicks off with Super Round on ANZAC weekend.
