Joseph Parker is determined to become a two-time heavyweight world champion after locking in another world title fight. 

He will face IBF belt holder Daniel Dubious on February 22 in Saudi Arabia. 

Parker says if he wins the belt, he plans to cherish and appreciate the mantle of being a world champion.
