The All Whites made history last night defeating Chile 4-1 and recording their first ever win over South American opposition.

It's a hopeful start for the team, ahead of the FIFA World Cup kicking off in June.

Earlier today the location for the 2027 GODZONE adventure race was announced.

It will be held at Aoraki/Mount Cook and the wider Mackenzie district next March.

Gregor Paul, a rugby writer with the Herald, wrote the piece and he joined D'Arcy to break it down.

The White Ferns fell agonisingly short in their first ODI against South Africa on Sunday, the visitors needed a six of the final ball to win and they got just that.

They now are faced with a second ODI against the South Africans tomorrow at the Basin Reserve to keep their chances of winning the series alive. 

Maddy Green top scored for the White Ferns in the first match, and she joined D'Arcy to discuss.
