Mike and Charlie discussed Alvin Kamara's attendance at Saints training camp and projected a major extension for cornerback Paulson Adebo. Tulane football sideline reporter Maddy Hudak promoted the Green Wave's first women's football clinic. Legendary defensive line coach Pete Jenkins joined Mike and Charlie to criticize the deteriorating level of line play in pro and college football. He also talked about Da'Shawn Womack, Sai'Vion Jones, Bo Davis, and Kevin Peoples. Mike and Charlie interviewed Jon Stinchcomb, a former Saints Super Bowl-winning offensive tackle, about New Orleans' upcoming training camp. Mike, Steve, and Charlie played their daily "Triple Option" segment. Steve and Charlie listened to press conference audio from Saints head coach Dennis Allen and GM Mickey Loomis. Allen gave updates on Chase Young, Alvin Kamara, and Marshon Lattimore. Loomis shared his thoughts on Kamara's contract situation, the Saints' positioning with the salary cap, the team's young core talent, and Klint Kubiak's first impression. Steve and Charlie also heard from new Tulane head football coach Jon Sumrall at the annual American Athletic Conference Media Days. Steve and Charlie spoke to Mike Hoss, the voice of the Saints, about New Orleans' training camp. The guys provided updates from Paul Skenes' 12th MLB start against the St. Louis Cardinals.
