Brett shares his thoughts on Caitlin Clark being left off of the USA Women's Basketball Olympics Roster ahead of the 2024 Paris Olympics, did Team USA's Committee make a mistake in leaving her off of the roster? Also, Dan Hurley has officially said no to the Los Angeles Lakers and Lebron James and will be returning to UCONN to seek a rare three-peat with the Huskies. We share our thoughts on that and what it means for both the Lakers as well as College Basketball. Also, Brett's Panthers got a Game 1 victory over the Edmonton Oilers down in Sunrise over the weekend as well!

In the first hour of our Friday edition of The Sports Rush, Brett is joined on the Parkview Sports Medicine by Scott Agness, who does a fantastic job of covering the Indiana Pacers for FieldhouseFiles.com! Today we have Scott on in order to talk about the NBA Draft that took place over the last two days. We hear from him on the overall coverage of the draft and the event as a whole, with a lot of players from international teams outside of America being taken, especially with the first two picks of the draft being taken from France. Then, we hear Scott’s thoughts on the Pacers draft picks this year, including Johnny Furphy, Tristen Newton, and Brett’s prediction from Wednesday, Enrique Freeman! Also in the first hour, the Indiana Fever dropped another game last night to the Seattle Storm.

Also in the second hour, we replayed a conversation that Brett had yesterday with Logan Wiening of Old Fort Baseball Company about a Vintage Baseball Showcase taking place tomorrow afternoon at Lawton Park downtown!

Last night in the first round of the NBA Draft, Purdue's Zach Edey was selected 9th overall by the Memphis Grizzlies, and Kel'el Ware was drafted 15th overall by the Miami Heat! Also on today's show, Brett is joined by Logan Wiening of Old Fort Baseball Company to hear all about an exciting event coming up this weekend that features a vintage form of baseball, that you can go and see for free!
