Shilene Booysen says she is looking forward to her new challenge as coach of South Sudan's women's national football team. The South African was on Wednesday officially unveiled by the South Sudan Football Association as coach of the Bright Starlets, on a two year contract. She previously worked as an assistant coach of Houston Dash in the National Women's Soccer League in the USA. She leaves her job as an assistant coach for South Africa’s senior women's national team (Banyana Banyana), to take over a team that has virtually no international experience. Booysen explains what was about the South Sudan Football Association vision that spoke to her vision as a coach.
