Sandover Medallist and Premiership Player for Subiaco, Richard Ambrose, joined Matt to reflect on his footy career. Richard discussed his time growing up in Shepparton, getting drafted to Essendon, his time in the AFL system, his move to Port Adelaide in the SANFL and then his move to Subiaco in the WAFL where he won the Sandover Medal and a Premiership.
