It’s Flashback Friday where we celebrate out sporting heroes from pre and post-apartheid era and we also use this slot to educate the young ones at home about the our icons of years gone by. Essop 'Smiley' Moosa is best remembered for breaking barriers after playing for Berea Park in the white league in 1972 under a false name Arthur Williams where he led them to a 3-1 win over Rangers in a semi-final cup match and also played for Sundowns.
