This week on Sport Lárige with Seamus Barry on WLR: championship football, the Blues and a week of history at Doonbeg.

Rathgormack manager Kenny Hassett reflects on a 3-22 to 1-5 opening win and the hard switch from hurling to football for a dual club, while Seamie Cullinane explains Gaultier's second-half transformation against Kilrossanty — Sean White off the bench and JJ Hutchinson leading the way.

Graham Coughlan looks back on the 1-1 draw with Dundalk at the RSC, chances created and spurned, and a 12-game unbeaten run — Waterford's best since 2009 — with Derry City up next.

And Ray Scott brings us to Doonbeg, where Shane Lowry won the Amgen Irish Open by a record 11 shots at 23 under, with a preview of the Blues' big Monday night.
