#5 - Enough Talking…Heal me Now!! The Origins of Self Directed Healing with Claire Besley

Welcome back to another episode of Spiritual As F**k!

In this episode we interview Claire Besley the  CEO & Founder Inspirited Solutions & the creator of Self Directed Healing; a revolutionary healing modality that now has over 600 practitioners world-wide!

Claire shares with us her Spiritual as F**k! journey, confessing that this is not something she often has the opportunity to speak openly about in public forums.

We touch on her spiritual upbringing, the inspiration & guidance offered by her Father, the heartbreaking loss of her partner to Suicide as well as her calling to create a revolutionary healing modality.

Before we go into the episode I would like to call out two important items:

▶︎ In this episode, we discuss the sensitive topic of Suicide. This may be triggering for those people who's lives have been touched by suicide. I still very much encourage you to listen as there is such a beautiful message of hope and healing offered by Claire. I just suggest that you listen to this episode at a time and place where you feel comfortable to allow any emotions come up.

▶︎ I also want to mention that during the episode Claire gives us a mini-healing session so again you may need to be mindful of what you are doing for that segment of the podcast (definitely not recommended to participate if you are driving the car or on a work break). To make it easy to go back to this segment we will be uploading a separate audio file to allow you to use this mini-healing session as a resource you can go back to later.
