Merkin gives a behind-the-scenes look at the people who've led this turnaround: Chris Getz and Will Venable.

Scott also talks about some of the main clubhouse personalities - Miguel Vargas, Colson Montgomery, and Munetaka Murakami - and how the organization views each one of them. They also get his insights on what the team might do at this year's Trade Deadline.
