Today - A proposed $3 million Village of Shiloh water project received a $500,000 infusion on Thursday morning from Richland County commissioners.

Erin shares how movement connects us to our bodies, builds confidence, and helps us process emotions from joy to heartbreak. We talk about teaching dance to both kids and adults, breaking free from perfectionism, and why it’s never too late to become a dancer.
