Curt and Effie open this week's Inside the Lines with a look at the playoff picture for Richland County teams, including Lucas, Ontario, Shelby and Clear Fork. Then, Clear Fork senior Nash Evans joins the show. A true Swiss Army knife for the Colts, Evans plays all over the field on offense, defense and special teams. He talks about the physical toll of a long season, how his punting can change games and how Clear Fork is using its first-round bye to prepare for two potential playoff opponents.

Evans also takes us through his high school career, including kicking a game-winning field goal against Perkins in his first-ever game as a kicker and the mental preparation that goes into those pressure-packed moments. He discusses the keys to Clear Fork's strong defense, the possibility of a playoff rematch with rival Shelby and how competing in track and field has made him a better football player. Plus, we talk about his success in the long jump and 4x100 relay, college interest in his track career and what he hopes to accomplish before his time at Clear Fork comes to an end.
