This week the Soul Food team is very excited to announce our next feature artist, the incredible songwriter and musician Melia Lisa! @melia.lisa_

Naarm/Melbourne based artist Melia Lisa blends neo-soul, contemporary R&B and jazz influences to craft lush soundscapes made for late-night reflections and quiet moments, inviting listeners to explore vulnerability, introspection and healing.

For fans of Sade, Cleo Sol and Joy Crookes, this music is for you. Melia's songwriting explores themes of self-compassion, inner trust and emotional growth through a warm and deeply personal lens.

Having released two new singles this year, 'Patient of Love' and 'Making It Up', we can't wait to speak with Melia to hear all about her journey thus far and what is to come as the momentum builds toward her
forthcoming debut EP, 'Be Where You Are' - a body of work dedicated to slowing down, reflection and reconnecting with oneself.
