EMEREE is the project born by Melbourne's standout musician, producer, and multi-instrumentalist Gabrielle Emery. EMEREE’s self-produced soul-infused hits shine alongside contemporary R&B fusion artists RAYE and Cleo Sol. Known for her incredible whistle notes, four-octave vocal range and harmony stacks, 90’s R&B flair and warm production makes EMEREE unmissable. Feeling both warmly familiar and undeniably unique in 2025 is no mean feat. As a writer, her lyrics often explore the realms of sexual identity and female empowerment with addictive honesty.
She joins the show as our first guest of 2025 to tell us about her process, and her latest single at the time of recording, 'It Might Be Love (it's not)'.
