The winter solstice is upon us which means it’s a good time for reflection and introspection! With mercury in retrograde and the holiday season in full swing, we are experiencing a paradoxical push-pull energy which makes us feel like we’re in a Chinese finger trap - the more you struggle, the tighter it grips!



Questions to ask yourself during this time:
What is coming up for you where you feel like you’re stuck between a rock and a hard place?
What keeps rattling around in your heart & mind that will not release its grip? 
What is frustrating you in your life? Where are you feeling a pressure point?
What are your self-care rituals & are you asking for support beyond yourself?
