How do hundreds of Catholic men transform the streets of urban Cincinnati into a vibrant public witness of faith, prayer, and reverence for the Blessed Sacrament? On The Son Rise Morning Show, host Matt Swaim welcomes back Doug Jaeger from the Cincinnati Men's Eucharistic Procession Society (CMEPS) to preview the 12th annual procession in downtown Cincinnati.

Jaeger recounts the steady growth of the procession—from 200 participants in its inaugural year to over 1,000 men processing today—and outlines the two-mile route from the Cathedral Basilica of St. Peter in Chains to historical Old St. Mary's Church in Over-the-Rhine. He shares details on the schedule, including Mass celebrated by Archbishop Francis Leo, Eucharistic Benediction along the way, and a final exhortation, while emphasizing the safety, community support, and autumn spirit that make this annual event a spiritual milestone.
