On the anniversary of the passing of Father Rob Jack, The Son Rise Morning Show hosts Matt Swaim and Anna Mitchell take time to honor his lasting legacy and reflect on the profound Catholic theology surrounding the Communion of Saints.

Anna and Matt share personal memories of Fr. Rob—a beloved priest, seminary professor, and foundational voice at Sacred Heart Radio who personally made thousands of rosaries. They reflect on the beauty of his voice continuing to lead the station in prayer and explore the distinct states of the Church: the Pilgrim Church on earth (Church Militant), the holy souls in purgatory (Church Suffering), and the blessed in heaven (Church Triumphant). Matt walks through three key theological questions that affirm how the faithful departed possess greater clarity, perfected love, and deeper union with Christ's intercessory mission, encouraging listeners to pray for the repose of Fr. Rob’s soul and seek his ongoing prayers. Stream now to listen!
