Earlier this year, Madeleine West revealed she is pregnant with her seventh child. What the 47-year-old actor initially thought were symptoms of perimenopause turned out to be something far different – and as she admits, a huge surprise.  

Madeleine last entered the maternity ward 10 years ago, and a lot has changed for the former Neighbours star since then. Madeleine joins Sarrah on this episode to talk about reactions to her pregnancy announcement from both her close friends to the wider public, how she is navigating this very personal milestone in the spotlight and what she plans to do differently this time around
