Dr Cohen, the Deputy Commissioner for the NSW Mental Health Commission discusses his thoughts on changes that can help with pandemic fatigue

Dr Cohen is a psychiatrist and Deputy Commissioner for the NSW Mental Health Commission, and has one of the most brilliant minds. During the recent spate of lockdowns around the country we've seen an increase in what is called pandemic fatigue, which includes increased levels of anxiety, depression and chronic health conditions, Dr Cohen discusses his thoughts on changes we can focus on including exercise, social connection, structure and sleep which can help with pandemic fatigue. Dr Cohen also discusses the challenges with isolation - especially for the marginalised - and negative effect of the rolling 24/7 news cycle on our collective psyche.
