This week on Accidental Business Owners we talk about one of the hardest decisions we’ve made so far in business – which just happens to be shutting this channel down.
2024 has been such a massive year for Seamus, Di and I – and a few weeks ago we had a pretty intense end-of-year strategic advisory session.
It got pretty real, pretty fast – and what we all realized was that we’d taken on too much – and in order to create a sustainable future - needed to find ways of cutting back. Or as Di would say, we needed to go slow, to go fast.
This conversation is all about how, and why, we arrived at the decision to shut down our Business in Between channel.
It was recorded on a Saturday morning, at the tail end of the busiest week of our year – and there was a little bit of tension in the air. It was a real marker of a moment in time.
The good news is we’re keeping the best bits of the channel – and this show Accidental Business Owners will live on over on our Between Two Beers channel.
For everyone that has joined us on this Business channel this year- thank you for all your support. We’ve loved the ride.
