In FY2022, Complii’s revenue increased to $8.64 million from $2.02 million in FY2021.

The surge in revenue was attributed to the company’s growth strategy and underpinned a maiden net profit of $114,937 for FY2022.

The PrimaryMarkets trading and capital raising platform acquired by Complii in November 2021 gained a substantial boost, with the value of trades increasing by 521% year on year.

More recently Complii acquired Registry Direct, a shareholder registry and communications service for both listed and unlisted corporations and funds.
