The world seems extra chaotic at the moment and with the ongoing fuel crisis, sustainability and affordability are more relevant than ever. That's why now was the perfect time for me to chat with Alex Morrissey, the founder of the Little Farms organic grocer here in the Wairarapa.

We chatted about how Alex got into growing her own food, why supporting local is better for the planet and your wallet, and how you can start growing your own produce from basically nothing.

I'd love to hear how you feel about this episode, and the podcast as a whole. You can find me on Instagram @PJDeeJay

Best friends. Hot takes. A thousand things to unpack.

PJ Harding and Caitlin Marett have been best friends for 18 years and are now living two very different lives at opposite ends of Aotearoa. Brought together by their shared love of storytelling and a desire to make people feel happy, hopeful and seen. This podcast is an authentic catch up between two friends each week sharing the good, the bad and the straight up awkward mixed in with a healthy dose of nostalgia. A place where you can hopefully laugh, reflect and feel good about being exactly who you are. Because as life gets away on us and often feels like a daze, these actually are the days of our lives!

New episodes out every Tuesday
