This is the final episode of Slow It Down, but also the beginning of something new and exciting!

I've really enjoyed the past few years of this podcast, being able to slow down and chat with some truly inspirational people all around the world about things I never expected.

I just wanted to thank you all for ocming along on this journey with me and I hope it's been as enlightening for you as it has for me.

Keep your eyes out for the next evolution of this podcast which is coming real soon!

And remember that no one really has their shit together!

Best friends. Hot takes. A thousand things to unpack.

PJ Harding and Caitlin Marett have been best friends for 18 years and are now living two very different lives at opposite ends of Aotearoa. Brought together by their shared love of storytelling and a desire to make people feel happy, hopeful and seen. This podcast is an authentic catch up between two friends each week sharing the good, the bad and the straight up awkward mixed in with a healthy dose of nostalgia. A place where you can hopefully laugh, reflect and feel good about being exactly who you are. Because as life gets away on us and often feels like a daze, these actually are the days of our lives!

New episodes out every Tuesday
