Charlotte Stevenson is the creator of the align method, which is all about returning to yourself through awareness, liberation, identity, grounding, and embodyment.

In the episode we chat about how Charlotte used to constantly be living in survival mode, always anxious and on edge, and how this inspired her to create the align method.

And of course as I always love to say, why meditation is so awesome.

I'd love to hear how you feel about this episode, and the podcast as a whole. You can find me on Instagram @PJDeeJay

Best friends. Hot takes. A thousand things to unpack.

PJ Harding and Caitlin Marett have been best friends for 18 years and are now living two very different lives at opposite ends of Aotearoa. Brought together by their shared love of storytelling and a desire to make people feel happy, hopeful and seen. This podcast is an authentic catch up between two friends each week sharing the good, the bad and the straight up awkward mixed in with a healthy dose of nostalgia. A place where you can hopefully laugh, reflect and feel good about being exactly who you are. Because as life gets away on us and often feels like a daze, these actually are the days of our lives!

New episodes out every Tuesday
